SDCS Grants policy

As a committee we are committed to providing as many opportunities for young people as we can. This ranges from our youth club and little ears to events and coach trips.

Another way of supporting deaf or hearing impaired children could be helping them financially to achieve their dreams of taking on a new hobby or learning a new skill.

If you or your child would like to apply to the committee to ask for a grant towards something special please fill in the contact form at the bottom of this page.

There is also a download link to our grants policy.

Would you like to join our committee?

We are always on the lookout for new members to our committee. If you can spare some time to volunteer at youth club, come and share some of your skills and experience or just want to help out at our events then we would love to hear from you.

You would be required to attend at least three events so we can get to know you and complete the application form by clicking the link below. All our committee members are volunteers and we are unfortunately not in a position to employ people. You would also be required to sign our committee code of conduct and have a completed DBS check through NDCS.
